Returns Eligibility

  • You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, in their original branded packaging (including shoe boxes), and in a resellable condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached to the garment.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and the nature of luxury goods, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel.
  • Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
  • Any custom-made or personalized items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@designerclothe.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.

Return Process

  • Email us at support@designerclothe.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide you with specific return instructions and the authorized return address.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:
