Returns Eligibility
- You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unused, in their original branded packaging (including shoe boxes), and in a resellable condition.
- All original tags must remain attached to the garment.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and the nature of luxury goods, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel.
- Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
- Any custom-made or personalized items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@designerclothe.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
- Email us at support@designerclothe.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with specific return instructions and the authorized return address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:
- Double-check your bank account or card provider.
- Contact your payment provider—processing times may vary between UK banks.
